Responsibilities
- Working together with marketing and the Head of Merchant Success to develop event calendar
- Together with the Head of Merchant Success oversee the overall execution of the Kopdar in all regions
- Track the impact of Kopdar on key metrics (PTU, Revenue, and Transaction)
- Help built and give feedback for gathering module development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- 1 year of Startup experience (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
- Have the experience to handle field team Basic data analysis
- Experienced in Sales Training
- Strong communication skills: The community activation officer will need to be able to effectively communicate with a diverse group of people in order to organize events and activities.
- Organizational skills: This role involves coordinating events and activities, so strong organizational skills are important.
- Creativity: The community activation officer will need to come up with new and innovative ideas for events and activities to keep the community engaged.
- Flexibility: The community activation officer may need to be flexible and adaptable in order to respond to changing needs or circumstances.
- A passion for community service: The community activation officer should have a genuine interest in helping to build and engage the community.
- Experience in event planning: Some prior experience in event planning and management may be helpful for this role.
- Spreadsheet and basic analysis: refers to the process of examining and interpreting data in order to draw conclusions and make informed decisions
