About the Role

You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of a portfolio of programs that will break barriers of participation in creating sustainable giving back opportunities. You will engage the GoTo ecosystem to be the extended arm to achieve YABB’s mission. You will engage with Goto communities and stakeholders to identify opportunities that align with YABB’s focus areas. It will be your responsibility to drive collaboration between all parties involved, internally and externally in order to prioritize, schedule and deliver impact through program creation, execution and engagement.

What You Will Do

  • Stakeholder Management - build relationships and handle coordination with multiple stakeholders within the GoTo ecosystem, from our employees to our partners and its community beyond ours to find areas of synergies and ensure smooth coordination and execution.
  • Framework and Program Design - combine the power of community action and the causes YABB focuses on to design frameworks that would be applicable across GoTo and programs that can amplify YABB’s mission. 
  • Project Management - manage project execution, implementation and ensure the quality of project deliverables is up to our bar. This includes  determining critical milestones, success metrics, tasks and communicating blockers to the team. This would require the ability to develop effective strategies for achieving key program goals.
  • Partnership - identify potential collaboration and impact partners that can further support the success of the programs. 
  • Define, establish and maintain processes/tools/policies within their programs’ scope (team dashboards, process tools, etc.).
  • Produce cost-effective budgets to achieve action plansApply data understanding to answer questions, validate assumptions and measure success for defined program goals and improvements

What You Will Need

  • Minimum 5 years experience in leading projects and managing different stakeholders, including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results.
  • Has experience in building strategy, roadmap, framework.
  • Has leadership and organization experiences, especially in managing multi stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing complex programs end to end 
  • Proven ability to build, manage key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Excellent written & verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills with a strong emphasis on persuasive written and spoken communications.
