About the Challenge
Do you get excited by new challenges and the opportunity to make a significant impact at work? Do you have proven experience building a strong PR/communications strategy and execution? Do you enjoy building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders? Are you interested in learning more about the property industry?

This role will lead the strategy development and execution of our PR and communications plan with the goal to develop Lamudi as the thought leader in PropTech. You will work under the Brand team, alongisde multiple business verticals to ensure all communication strategy is developed accordingly to overall company objectives.

What a day at work for you will look like

  • You will develop a communications strategy and oversee all public relations activities that are in line with company's vision and business objectives
  • You will lead the development of thought leadership publications (market research, reports) as well as communication needs (media briefings, speeches for executives)
  • You will manage communications initiatives according to the given budget and OKRs
  • You will leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
  • You will define key success metrics, analyze/reports results and use the data as a key planning tool
  • You will effectively manage the response to incidents, issues, or crisis situations
  • You will lead and grow a team of PR/communication specialists

  • Critical and Resourceful: a 'why' person. Thinks critically and puts in the additional effort to get to the right conclusion, dares to challenge the status quo and is always on the lookout to improve
  • Attention to detail: an intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
  • Excellent fluency in Indonesian and English
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant hands-on experience in handling Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or similar roles
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, proficient in translating data into a meaningful story
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to serve as the company’s spokesperson
  • Strong commitment and ownership of their work, and ability to deliver creative solutions and initiatives on a daily basis
  • Possess strong existing media relationships with a diverse range of editors, reporters, and thought leaders
  • Experience in managing a team of PR/communications specialists
  • Self-starter, agile, values growth mindset
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
