We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Commis Pastry at AYANA Komodo, one of our stunning properties located in Komodo Island, Indonesia.

As a Commis Pastry, you will work closely with our experienced pastry team to produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and bread items for our guests. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment while delivering delightful culinary creations.

• Prior experience or education in pastry and baking is preferred, but not required. We welcome individuals who have a strong passion for pastry and a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of pastry techniques and knowledge of ingredients.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing beautiful and delicious pastries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the operation.
