Commercial Project Manager, Digital Services

The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute enterprise marketing strategies that align with business objectives, with a specific focus on e-commerce enablement services.
  • Study and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to design or adjust brand strategies and e-commerce solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on key project milestones and deliverables to the Management Team.
  • Lead coordination and integration of all brand awareness GTM (Go-To-Market) campaigns, working with internal stakeholders (such as regional creative teams, sales teams, product teams, customer experience teams), to maintain brand voice consistency and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce enablement strategies, including the integration of new technologies, platforms, and processes to enhance online sales and customer experience.
  • Organize structured events and brand platforms to maximize outreach and effectiveness, to scale user acquisition effectively.
  • Assess and iterate on e-commerce enablement projects based on performance data, feedback, and market shifts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing marketing projects, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing companies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations, particularly for e-commerce enablement.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, and understanding of e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
