What you will do but not limited to: 

  • Support commercial pipeline update, including opportunity status, stage, owner, next action, target date, and blocker. 
  • Prepare MoM from internal, partner, or client meetings maximum H+1 after the meeting. 
  • Track meeting action items, including PIC, due date, follow-up status, and pending issues. 
  • Support lead and partner/client data administration, including company name, PIC name, PIC level, contact details, and product interest. 
  • Support meeting coordination, calendar invite, participant list, and meeting preparation. 
  • Support weekly commercial activity recap, including new leads, active opportunities, pending items, and blockers. 
  • Track commercial documents such as NDA, BAK, BAST, PKS, BAPP, reimbursement documents, and other related documents. 
  • Monitor document status, including draft, review, approval, signature, completion, and archive. 
  • Maintain proper document filing by partner, client, or project to ensure easy tracking and audit trail. 
  • Support internal reminders to AM, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operation, or related stakeholders based on direction from the owner. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to work with data, generate reports, and interpret business information. 
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and strong in administration. 
  • Able to manage tracker, document filing, and follow-up discipline. 
  • Good communication skill and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. 
  • Fast response and able to work with clear timeline. 
  • Previous internship, project work, or leadership experience in business-related activities is beneficial. 
  • Available for 6 months Internship program
