Commercial Content Intern (Yogyakarta)

Your main duties in flying with us

• Explore and analyze industry trends through online research, expert interviews, and published studies to fuel compelling content ideas
• Uncover content gaps and evolving customer needs to shape innovative copy strategies that truly resonate
• Craft clear, persuasive marketing copy focused on To-Do and Transportation categories that drives engagement and action
• Develop organized, ready-to-publish drafts using our Content Management System (CMS)
• Meticulously proofread and refine content to ensure it meets our high-quality standards
• Collaborate with team leads to review and finalize content with precision and purpose
• Work closely with Content Specialists and Quality Control teams to align messaging and maintain brand voice
• Apply SEO best practices and conduct basic keyword research to optimize visibility and performance
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and quality across all content pieces
• Regularly update and refresh website content to keep it current and impactful

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, English Literature, Journalism, or a related field — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Bilingual fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential, both written and spoken
• A portfolio showcasing published articles or strong writing samples is required to demonstrate your capabilities
• Skilled in conducting thorough research using a variety of reputable sources
• Strong command of PUEBI and other formal writing guidelines
• Familiar with the structure and style of online publications and digital content platforms
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
