As our next Lead Business in New Retail, your main responsibility is to develop business initiatives to expand our AmarthaOne agent network. Working closely with our Field Team to understand customer pain points, identify business opportunities, define & develop business vision as well as strategy executions. You will work alongside the other Business Development, Product, Data, UX designer, Risk, Internal Audit, Ops, Lending to help Amartha to deliver innovative and sustainable business solutions in developing AmarthaOne Ecosystem in Rural Areas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and operations executions
  • Identify key business opportunities and develop detailed action plan
  • Engage directly with customer, identify customer pain points and propose sustainable solutions
  • Work closely with product, marketing, field officer, and other stakeholders to leverage AmarthaOne network as well as develop market-fit products
  • Collaborate with Field Team to successfully roll out key initiatives

Key Skills :

  • Deep understanding of customer experience, identify and create business opportunities
  • Deep understanding of financial industry specifically retail payment point.
  • Able to translate of business opportunities to business strategy and able to articulate those strategy in a document
  • Translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and operations executions
  • Able to create quick and decisive decision making with good judgment
  • Work closely with product, marketing, field officer, and other stakeholders
  • Able to lead a team and groom the team to become a leader
  • Have past experience growing a successful O2O agent network
  • At least 4 years of product development / business development from payment point/ offline-to-online platform/ social commerce
  • An entrepreneurial mindset; Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment
  • Proven track record in his / her previous job
  • Proven to have growth mindsets in his / her previous job
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of data analytical skills
