- Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring their effective performance, development, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive the achievement of target AR quality performance, ensuring adherence to established standards and objectives.
- Engage in negotiations, both internally and at higher levels, to facilitate the attainment of desired outcomes for AR quality performance and loan recovery.
- Supervise a department or functional unit/area team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration among team members.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the used car financing and dealer financing business model.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role or area.
- Strong knowledge of the Collection and Recovery domain within the financial industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and effectiveness.
- Exhibit a high level of integrity and ethical conduct.
