- Develop, implement, evaluate, and coordinate the implementation of a productive and effective collection process.
- Leading and supervising the collection team to achieve monthly targets.
- Closely monitors teams and external parties on a regular basis.
- Response to the team and cross-function escalation.
- Achieve target collection.
- Minimum master's degree from any major.
- Experience in the related role for a minimum of 10 years, in financial industry.
- Strong knowledge in collection late buckets or asset management is an advantage.
- Having a broad network and relations with Auction Hall and Property Agents.
- Have good leadership, teamwork skills and target oriented.
- Ready to be placed in Jakarta and travel across Indonesia.
