We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Marketplace Monetization team, to drive the customer success and experience function across Glints business unit; build interactions with customers, solving their needs and encouraging them to get the best from what we offer, to thinking of ways to improve and systematise customer experience. To help grow our company in Indonesia.
What You’ll Be Doing :
You will become our clients trusted advisor by building a professional interactions and solving their needs with the most relevant solutions to improve customer experience for our clients. In order to achieve long-term partnerships, you will have to provide outstanding services to the client on a commercial basis to achieve the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets.
In this role you will :
- Offer any purchasable packages related to Glints Job Portal to all potential clients
- Maintain relationships with Glints Job Portal clients, including but not limited to do presentation in meetings, after sales services, quotation delivery, etc
- Gather feedback from clients for the betterment of Glints Job Portal
Who We Are Looking For :
- Someone with 1-2 years experience in sales, business development and/or account management.
- Has proven track record of hitting revenue targets
- Comfortable and can adapt quickly in a newly formed team and fast paced environment
- Has knowledge on how to negotiate properly
- Has acceptable knowledge of how the payment system works for different companies
- Understand how to use CRM/Hubspot
- Understand how to navigate databases and has adequate experience in using Google Sheet/Excel
