As a Client Success Analyst in Lamudi,  you’ll join a growing cross-functional client management team. You have ownership over the success of the client and will have an impact on improving their experience using our digital marketing services together with the Client Success team. You are very savvy with digital reports and data management.

What a day at work for you will look like:

  • You will assist the Client Success Manager to handle all data about the team’s project and progress
  • You will work closely with the Client Success Specialist to successfully prepare and make client’s performance report every month for the client’s project management
  • You will make a priority and manage multiple complex project’s reports and data concurrently
  • You will understand the client’s needs and requirements, assist the Client Success Specialist to maintain the response rate in each communication group/platform with the client.
  • You will carry out some 'hands-on elements such as analyzing and drawing insight from creative teams, performance marketing, and content teams
  • You will analyze the client’s campaign performance, assist on presentations preparations with the Client Success Specialist

Who are we looking for?

  • A client success mindset: Demonstrates outstanding account management skills and a thorough understanding of the needs of the customer
  • Ambitious and self-driven: Someone who leads by example, who brings the fire to work every single day
  • Eye for detail: Exercises extreme attention to detail. A thorough, accurate, organized, productive and sees the importance of speed while makes 0 mistakes

  • Have a Bachelor Degree from a reputable Indonesian or foreign university
  • Have experience and interest with data analysis and market research
  • Savvy with using Powerpoint and making business presentations
  • You must have a start-up culture in your DNA and get energized by a low-ego, "all hands on deck" startup environment
  • You have a medium to advanced level of English language (spoken & written)
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
The position reports to the Head of Client Success. During the interview process, you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
