Responsibilities:
1. Handle all MV and Non-MV claims.
2. Handling starts from the initial notification of the claim (Registration) to the Insurance until it is finished approved by the insurance company (can be in the form of receipt of LOD and SPK).

4. Always coordinate in all activities with Claims Manager and Claims Head.
- Bachelor's degree from reputable University, preferably in Insurance
- Strong networking connection in the insurance industry
- Experience as a claim service in Insurance Broker Company or Insurance company to handle daily claim process
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Fluent in English (written and speaking) is a plus
- Good in Microsoft Excel, word and power point
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work in individual and as member of team
- Able to work under limited datelines
