EB Claims Associate executes accurately and efficiently all requests for claim reimbursements so that participants are fully aware of the process and satisfied with the insurance’s claim decision.
- Manual guarantee and coordination of benefit of health insurance
- Process Claim reimbursement
- Claim reimbursement analysis
- Minimum bachelor degree from any major
- Have experience as Broker Claims Team, TPA Claim Analyst, Insurance Claim Analyst, Nurse/Basic Medical Experience, or Hospital Administrator
- Willing to work in a contract scheme
- Willing to work with hybrid arrangement
- Proficient in using MS Excel
