1. Receive incoming claim and assess the claim documents againts policy coverage + premium status
2. Coordinate with claim Ops team to follow up incomplete details regarding specific claim
3. Maintain claim report and progress status of each claim
4. Liaise with insurance partners to submit claim
5. Monitor progress until claim decision is reached
6. Maintain SLA of claim per insurance partner according to line of business
7. Ensure that claim manager is informed about status of claims handled
1. Candidates must possess Associate's or Bachelor's Degree all major
2. At least 2 years working experience in the claim
3. Familiar with Ms Office, especially in Ms Excel & Ms Power Point
