  1. Receiving all incoming claim (general insurance products)
  2. Checking document and supported data claim
  3. Register all incoming claim and make status claim
  4. Created reported to all incoming by product category
  5. Coordination with all internal and external claim to continue claim process

1. Candidates must possess Associate's or Bachelor's Degree all major

2. Required skills : Purposeful Communication, Data Analysis, Time and workload management, Self-starter, Planning and Achievement Orientation and Active Listening

3. At least 1 year of working experience in General Insurance

4. Able to do data visualization and prepare report from it

5. Data Driven & Strong Skills in Excel

Hybrid (WFO & WFH), laptop
