- Receiving all incoming claim (general insurance products)
- Checking document and supported data claim
- Register all incoming claim and make status claim
- Created reported to all incoming by product category
- Coordination with all internal and external claim to continue claim process
1. Candidates must possess Associate's or Bachelor's Degree all major
2. Required skills : Purposeful Communication, Data Analysis, Time and workload management, Self-starter, Planning and Achievement Orientation and Active Listening
3. At least 1 year of working experience in General Insurance
4. Able to do data visualization and prepare report from it
5. Data Driven & Strong Skills in Excel
