We are seeking a highly motivated Chinese Sales Manager (Native) to join our team at AYANA Hospitality. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the Chinese market, as well as maintaining and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the Chinese market
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and providing excellent customer service
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities
- Native Chinese speaker, fluent in Mandarin and English
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
