Chief Information Security Officer

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security program that protects the organization's assets from unauthorized acc disruption, modification, or destruction.
• Manage security risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats and vulnerabilities
• Respond to security incidents by quickly and effectively containing, investigating, and remediating the incident
• Work with business units to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and technologies 
• Represent the organization to external organizations on security matters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in information security,
• CISSP or other relevant security certification
• In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, technologies, and frameworks
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and infrastructure components
• Experience with SIEM platforms, threat intelligence tools, incident response tools, and vulnerability management solutions familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., ISO-27001, PCI DSS)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and handle complex security incidents proactive and self-motivated, and the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
