AYANA Hospitality, a leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a talented Chef de Partie All-day Dinning to join our team. The selected individual will be responsible for creating and executing world-class dishes that exceed our guest's expectations. The successful candidate must be passionate about food, have a strong background in cooking techniques and be up-to-date with the latest culinary trends.


Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all aspects of the kitchen's operation during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
  • Ensuring that food is consistently prepared and presented at the highest level
  • Developing creative menu items that are in season and highlight local and international flavors
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
  • Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff members in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes
  • Managing food inventory and ordering supplies as required
  • Collaborating with the F&B Manager to develop unique guest experiences that incorporate culinary elements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques and up-to-date with the latest culinary trends
  • Strong leadership skills and able to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver consistently high-quality dishes
  • Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and public holidays as required.
