Accountable for overall succeed of daily kitchen operations. Exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while lead the team and manage all the food function. Works to continuously improve our guest and employees satisfaction, while maintain and ensure the operating budget. Supervise all the kitchen areas to ensure consistent and high quality of the product. Maintaining high standard of sanitation and food safety
- 1 year of experience as Chef de Cuisine
- Fully knowledge of food service management , values, menu planning & HACCP
- Highly interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contact
- Self motivated, Professional , with a strong leadership skills
- Excellent in verbal and written in English
- This position vacant open for Indonesian nationality only
- Willing to be placed in Karawang
