Chef de Cuisine Chinese

We are currently searching for a talented Chef de Cuisine Chinese to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Chinese culinary program at one of our premiere locations. You will work alongside other top industry professionals to ensure that all meals are prepared to perfection and guests are consistently wowed by their dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of the Chinese culinary program, including menu creation, recipe development, and execution of dishes.
• Ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Managing and training a team of sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks to ensure that all food is prepared efficiently, consistently, and to the highest standards.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Establishing relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all ingredients are of the highest quality and freshness.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest culinary trends and techniques to ensure the Chinese culinary program remains innovative and exciting for guests.
• Collaborating with other chefs and culinary professionals to develop new menus and dishes.

• Significant experience (at least 5 years) as a Chef de Cuisine Chinese or equivalent role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Mastery of Chinese cuisine, including the ability to create new recipes and menus.
• Experience managing and leading a team of culinary professionals.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other team members and guests.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
