- Primarily responsible for managing transactions, settlements, and reconciliations among various payment channels.
- Expand and diversify payment channels, including mobile wallets, banks, aggregators, etc.
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, settlement, and compliance teams to fully understand payment channel requirements and customer preferences.
- Coordinate communication with different payment channel providers, monitor their service level agreements (SLAs), and troubleshoot any issues.
- Ensure that all documentation, approvals, and necessary data are accurately completed in the system prior to initiating any payment transactions or settlements.
- Handle day-to-day payment operations processing, including generating reports, reconciling with partners, and settling with partners within the specified timeframe.
- Prepare daily reports and contribute to monthly reports, as well as participate in onboarding new payment partners.
- Assist in maintaining an updated central repository of documentation for settlement and reconciliation processes, internal procedures, and financial risk register.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with an outstanding GPA, preferably in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the lending business of a financial institution, specifically in lending operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and MS Office with advanced skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Display exceptional attention to detail, a strong interest in data review, and demonstrate high levels of responsibility, integrity, commitment, and discipline.
- Strive for excellence and consistently exceed expectations, delivering high-quality work even in fast-paced environments.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills, and effectively convey process recommendations within the operational area.
