What you may be doing
- Support the board of Directors or Level C/VP stuff, give advise and prepare the deck
- Acting as Corporate Secretary and Implementing the decisions of the Board of Directors
- Knowing business problems, finding and analyzing relevant data to solve strategic business issues
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research and analysis necessary in developing recommendations for Management Team
- Prepare and finalize, among others: process mapping and business process improvement, performance dashboard, etc
- Monitor the overall performance and KPI of relevant stakeholders
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Coordinating the development of SOP & Policies, manual, training materials and other documents as needed to enable a successful implementation of new Business/Project/Company Regulations
- Help create projection and budgeting planning for relevant stakeholders
- Manage weekly/monthly reporting and scorecard consolidated for our Investors
- Manage reporting and send it to our regulatory; OJK, AFPI and Credit Bureau
- Quick update with new regulations and direction/instruction from OJK; Can help implementation of that to our business unit and related division
What we are looking for in you
- Bachelor degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Finance/Business or another quantitative discipline
- Exposure to both strategy and operations side of the business is preferred
- Experience in the technology and financial industry preferred
- Excellent communication skill, adaptable, agile, and willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and proven track record working in teams
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to details
- Have capability of negotiation, analytics and calculation
- Proficient in English, Mandarin-Chinese and Bahasa
- Have experience in same position or in Strategy and Business Division at least 1 year
