About the Role
The intern will work closely with the CEO in relation to administration, scheduling, handling office events. She also works with the project facilities in relation to managing GoToko Bali’s office i.e office logistics.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure the CEO schedule; liaise with the EA for weekly schedules
- Administration and filling
- Reserve restaurants for an office event or external meeting
- Ordering office supplies and equipment to ensure the smooth running in the office
- Maintaining the office facilities
- Managing the office event
- Understanding in IT; liaise with the IT experience
- Organizing and liaising with EA for ad-hoc job
What You Will Need:
- Energetic and fast learner
- Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
- Fluent in English, comfortable to write and speak English as daily conversation
- Familiar with administration, IT
- Available for at least 3 month
