Having established its internal capabilities and is trusted by many gaming companies, In 2022 it started to publish its own games. Noctua is working towards becoming the leading game developer to realize its mission: bringing the next generation of games into Southeast Asia.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, with 8+ years of related experience
- In Depth knowledge of COE, Data analytics, Reporting & service demand forecasting
- Demonstrate initiative & adaptability, problem solving & skills in a changing and dynamic environment
- Experience in Advertising & Agency is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Skilled in Data Analytics
- Mastering in BI
- Skilled in Data reporting and Forecasting
Responsibilities
- Assuring and managing data to be shared to COE team and Internal teams to be used for insights and project efficiency and improvement
- Design, improve and implement robust and controlled business process solutions for Operations functions utilizing SAP and supporting systems to ensure effective integration with other business functions and applications
- Review, analyze, and create detailed documentation reporting of business systems and internal user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify business applications.
- Create template and data to be filled by various teams as input to improve each service performance
- Be the single point of contact for any changes or improvements within product or service etc
- Create and dissect the central data to be shared for COE & Internal teams to be used for insights and project efficiency
- Use BI Tools to show data in various forms for best insights
- Manage weekly and monthly target for COE functions and ensure deliverables are being met
- Ensure all project met standard of services
- HCP and budgeting for COE department
- Manage team and allocate task for each CoE team
