About this role
In charge of commercializing and implementing Bolloré Global Business Solutions offer among customers.
What you will be doing
- Assist to identify / formalize customer needs (T&T needs, references to trace, etc….)
- Maintain presentation material, provide presentations, demonstrations to customers
- Deployment, configuration and administration of the company customer Business solutions (CBS)
- Design, implement & sending to Person in Charge specific customer’s reporting, based on agreeable request.
- Project analysis, coordination & support for each CBS deployment
- Drafting and communication of all required operational procedures within the company subsidiaries
- Maintenance of accounts documentation and operational procedures
- Through regular training & awareness session, bring management & sales team to a suitable level of knowledge on our CBS tools portfolio
- Assistance to sales team when required
QHSE
- Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
- Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
- Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
The successful candidate
- College or University Certificate major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable
- Experience with working with operational systems
- Fluent in English speaking & writing is a must
- Good knowledge of Freight forwarding operations
- Candidate should be literate towards information systems
- Possess good communication, analytical, rigorous, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently or in group under high pressure
