CBS Executive

About this role

In charge of commercializing and implementing Bolloré Global Business Solutions offer among customers.

What you will be doing

• Assist to identify / formalize customer needs (T&T needs, references to trace, etc….)
• Maintain presentation material, provide presentations, demonstrations to customers
• Deployment, configuration and administration of the company customer Business solutions (CBS)
• Design, implement & sending to Person in Charge specific customer’s reporting, based on agreeable request.
• Project analysis, coordination & support for each CBS deployment
• Drafting and communication of all required operational procedures within the company subsidiaries
• Maintenance of accounts documentation and operational procedures
• Through regular training & awareness session, bring management & sales team to a suitable level of knowledge on our CBS tools portfolio
• Assistance to sales team when required
  

QHSE

• Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
• Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
• Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements

The successful candidate

• College or University Certificate major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable
• Experience with working with operational systems
• Fluent in English speaking & writing is a must
• Good knowledge of Freight forwarding operations
• Candidate should be literate towards information systems
• Possess good communication, analytical, rigorous, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently or in group under high pressure
