About the Role:
Maintain relationship with Brand Principal to help negotiate favorable commercial/trading and drive monetization activities, along with growing brand shares within GoToko
What You Will Do:
- Lead team of Category Managers in managing Foundation Partners and other prospective partners
- Co-own the growth trajectory of categories (e.g. Beverage, Food, Cigarettes, Personal Care, etc) and individual brands, working closely with the Growth and Marketing team to devise campaign strategy and execution
- Become a thought partner for partners' growth, advising and educating them on how to maximize performance through the assortment, merchandising, promotion planning, and in-app marketing activities
- Be the brand's insights channel for product teams, identifying and anticipating opportunities for enhancements, improvements, or new services
- Drive negotiation of favorable commercial/trading terms
- Serve as the “face of GoToko”, build long-standing, trust-based relationships with Foundation Partners and other prospective partners
- Lead monetization opportunities from Brand Principals (e.g. data monetization, ad & promo tech monetization). Creates financial forecasts for new business opportunities, work with product team to design product features, and leads the GTM of the product.
What You Will Need:
- 7 plus years of experience in the FMCG, E-Commerce, or Consulting industry with proven track record in managing partnerships
- BA/BS degree in business or related field required, MBA a plus
- Ability to formulate and execute both the strategic and operational components of the business plan, track record of P&L ownership is a plus
