Our Carrier Partnerships Director will be responsible for defining, fostering, and maintaining strategic relationships and initiatives with Telesign’s suppliers. This person will serve as a critical subject-matter expert on emerging trends, technology, and compliance requirements in the messaging space across the Americas. While the primary focus for this role will be maintaining strategic partnerships, this person will also lead key initiatives and projects related to corporate strategy, operations, and product design. This individual will be on the Americas Messaging Operations team, reporting to our Head of Messaging Operations for the Americas.
About the Role
This role is a critical position supporting the development of Telesign’s Americas Messaging Operations presence. Our commitment to ensuring individual career objectives align with the company’s growth strategy means this position will focus on future proofing messaging quality across the Americas, specializing in 10DLC and other emerging A2P trends. This role will collaborate cross-functionally across the organization, supporting product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and legal teams as we evaluate, explore, and execute strategic partnership opportunities.
This person will help refine Telesign’s overall vendor partnership strategy in the Americas. With the strategy defined, this individual will build key relationships with identified partners that include negotiating, executing, and managing the partnership relationships.
