Sales Capability Manager is a key player to develop field-based sales teams and drive solutions to build and improve sales capabilities & salesforce effectiveness in each Region. The Sales Capability Manager will design, develop and deliver strategic learning initiatives that build the sales skills needed to achieve identified business objectives.
What will you Do:
- The Sales Capability Manager is responsible for meeting current operational requirements, with the sustainable use of current capabilities, and the development of future capabilities, to meet the sometimes competing strategic and current operational objectives. The Sales Capability Manager will handle below responsibilities, such as :
- Assess and develop sales standards (i.e. Structured call to customers, role profile, standards of performance)
- Responsible for monitoring sales team fulfillment by working closely with RSM and third party
- Responsible for onboarding and train the new hires
- Monitor clear sales performance objectives daily, weekly, monthly.
- Monitor leaders capability in delivering the Generasi Emas classroom and field training
- Responsible for monitoring Generasi Emas workflow in the field - reporting and observing by checklist
- Regular checking of quality procedures regarding sales process based on data in our system and field investigation refer to SOP
- Document and analyze quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits also conduct recommendation for sales team based on findings
- Research, develop and implement Sales Development Plan, Sales Market and collaborate with other team for Research related.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's Degree any major.
- Min 3-5 years proven experience in Sales Area.
- Have experience in handling Training and Development in Sales Area/team.
- High level of analytical skills with detail orientation.
- Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external parties by phone, email and face to face.
- Proficiency in operating Ms. office especially Excel and gsuite (gsheet, gslide, gdocs)
- Willing to travel.
- Min 1-2 years experience as a Field Sales.
