As our Candidate Experience Intern, you'll step into a dynamic role that combines marketing, and recruitment domain. A life opportunity to explore branding strategy in bringing in top talent on board. From community events, content creation, and managing recruitment pipeline. You will be part of a team where creativity meets strategy - a field where your ideas have the power to shape how the world sees us
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Event Management: Support event development, including cold emailing, brainstorming concepts, and preparing for and executing the event on the day.
- Content Creation: Propose ideas and assist in creating engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align with recruitment goals and company employer branding strategy.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Collaborate in the entire recruitment process. From sourcing to seamless onboarding. Starts from screening, interview, until extending offers to candidates.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Final-year Bachelor’s student or recent graduate, preferably in Technology, Communications, Management, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Google Slides, Canva, and Google Sheets for reporting; experience with other Google Suite tools is a plus.
