Job Description
- Executing important parts of Alami Group growth strategy; you set up campaign kickoffs and know how to manage multi-discipline teams (creative designers, content, performance, PR, customer service, operations, brand marketing, business development, and finance) to make sure everyone is well informed and aligned and to ensure the campaign targets are reached.
- Strategic set-up & executing of campaigns; which includes: setting clear campaign KPIs and ensure the execution is done smoothly within timeline.
- Developing strategic (annual) plans based on company OKR - Developing relationships and always try to find opportunity to build partnerships among other leading parties (horizontal and vertical brands). Going from pilots to first campaigns and from the first campaign to a longer-term of beneficial partnerships.
- On an ad hoc and as-needed basis: managing a diverse set of projects for Alami group related to sales/marketing, such as Influencer marketing, product launches, brand and marketing projects.
- Have an external view and leverage data and market trends as well as insights in collaboration with other stakeholders to be able to continuously improve our way of working campaign ideation so we stay lead within the category.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience and in managing campaign, events and partnerships projects.
- Able to think creatively, fast problem-solver and able to organize activities in detail.
- Experience and knowledge about vendors, checklists, also including platforms and technology for hosting campaigns in order to adapt technology to the needs and objectives of each campaign.
- Experienced and skilled in campaign management and vendor management with strong networks.
- Experience in handling billing and budgeting of campaign management.
- Knowledge and experience with the creation of high-quality hybrid events. A record of success in designing high-quality virtual and in-person campaign and events that reflect best industry practices is highly needed.
- Extensive experience to work with a diverse group of stakeholders, and having the expertise in taking amounts of input and synthesizing them into key ideas and a path forward and documenting them for the team.
- Confident communicator and stakeholder manager.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead complex conversations to enable a diverse group of stakeholders with disparate ideas to align around one coherent concept and work together on the planning.
- Have good organization skills.
- Having passion in sharia industry.
- Team Player and eager to learn.
