About the Role
You will be responsible for developing Gojek products by creating and implementing strategic marketing plans across various touch points namely visibility, partnership, and digital to name a few. You will also be responsible for the marketing funnel of Gojek products across the District Semarang, aligned with the headquarter initiatives. You will work closely with the CE, Marketing, and cross functional team.
What You Will Do
- Support District Head/Branch Manager to drive consumer engagement focus areas in terms of Visibility & Partnership which will deliver POI domination, POS merchants branding, standard package that will deliver District target completed orders and active users.
- Managing all day to day marketing executional activities from all districts & branches needed to deliver the consumer engagement plans. e.g. contract, PO, invoice, etc.
- Ensure all consumer engagement activities in districts & branches are delivered with given standard of accuracy, completeness, timeliness as per the standard package and local initiatives.
- Externally supervise vendors/daily workers in executing merchant branding and POI domination on a regular basis.
- Internally work with direct responsibility to deliver district executions and targets by executing events, exhibits, and other activities.
- Good with data to develop and execute clear integrated strategies of digital marketing with clear metrics and excellent results.
- Responsible for setting the integrated communications plan and ensure consistency of messaging and brand communications. Working closely with the sales, government relations, and operations team.
What You Will Need
- Min 2 years of working experience in Marketing/SalesGood understanding of local knowledge
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skill with the ability to play it well independently and in a team
- Good collaboration with compassion and proactiveness
- Agile and fast in thinking and execution
- Have exposure of working at a top global FMCG company would be a plus point
About the Team
Our District Consumer Engagement team, a subsidiary of the District operations team, is a small but mighty group based in Semarang, Indonesia. Working alongside the Business Analytics, Sales, Corporate Affairs, PPGR and Operations teams. We oversee the process for identifying and taking action on growth opportunities, including consumer insights and digital experimentation. For instance, during CoVid period, we tried to find out where the students' persona went, what they do and when they usually use our services during a pandemic. We analyzed the data and found that their behavior pattern has changed, now they tend to transact more on food, since they also order for their family at home, spend more in GoPulsa and GoTagihan for internet needs and even not so frequent, they still go to the mall. Hence, we decided to give them a mission (transact food 1x, FREE GoPulsa) to trigger them in using >1 services. And then, injecting promo code in POI malls.
In the past, our team has worked on projects surrounding offline marketing, including one that POI branding, local events and amplifying HQ campaigns. Currently, we have our sights set on the digital and data, we play a lot with digital campaigns, missions, subscriptions and any other user treatment to generate demand. When we aren’t busy with work, you’d probably find us playing online games or watching Netflix. Working from home has been a strange time for a lot of us, so our team has been taking time on our calls to trade advice on the best ways to keep sane with this new work set up. We’re made up of yoga enthusiasts, food lovers, and movie fanatics. Once COVID subsides, we’re excited to travel around the cities again.
