Call Center Agent - AYANA BALI

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Call Center Agent to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Eloquent in English communication.
• Diploma in Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor degree is desirable.
