Buyer Coordinator will responsible for ensuring the Buyer Team roles well according to the target and operational procurement activities run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for PR completeness and the end-to-end processes of goods/services delivery, and ensuring the goods/services arrive on time
- Prepare data for the submission of KPIs for the Buyer Team on a regular basis
- Responsible for the date requirement based on the SOP
- Responsible for external and internal payments
- Responsible for budget usage
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s degree from Management, or any related major
- Min. 3 years experience as a buyer
- Have experience involved in saving projects or project tenders
- Strong communication and negotiation
- Attention to detail and data driven
