Job Description :

• Monitoring petty cash fund reimbursements based on report, note, and bill
• Monitoring petty cash limitation based on active borrowers
• Petty Cash Hard File Checking
• Submit payment request to finance team for petty cash transfer
• Support field team to submit berita acara in some cases
• Support point to bank account opening and change signature
• Support point to bank account opening for ANR
• Analyzed and review lending petty cash policy
• Training excel formulas to field team

• Fresh grad or having less than 1-year of experience
• For internal Amartha - minimum is BM level
• Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
• Good in ms. Excel
• Meticulous
• Good communication skill
