- Setting target disbursement monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Reporting weekly & blast to field regarding the achievement numbers to the field
- Identifying patterns and issues by analyzing data via metabase or other relevant tools
- Daily update for monitoring tools lending team/ field team
- Developing & monitoring dashboard field team
- Monitoring achievement portfolio field team
- Manage budget and petty cash FO
- Handle all digitalization transformation in the field
- Proactively understand business needs/requirements and translate data into insights for informed business decisions and strategic planning to grow and improve the business
- Review and monitoring incentive scheme FO team
- Collaboration with product team to develop features required by FO team
- Bachelor's degree in any field from reputable university
- Excellent at operating excel formula
- Experience in grameen model > 1 years
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and present information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge about metabase, redash and other system that related to business process
- Strong knowledge about digital transformation, revamping process and grameen business e2e process
- Able to calculate profitability
