Business team need assistance to help daily activity related with After Sales Service and this function should be liaise with others team such as Internal Service, Insurance Business – especially placement and claim team and Training and Development. This function will serve our mitra related with pre sales, sales and after sales service (especially potential walking mitra to our branches) with big portfolio (Number of Agent, number of Mitra Selling and NOP).
Responsibilities
Pre Sales assistance :
1) Consist of follow up data related with business placement.
2) Create quotation (manual input)
3) Reminder of Quotation pending (liase with Insurance Business Team)
4) Closing survey
Sales : Renewal (Create renewal notice, renewal report, distribute renewal notice to BM, follow up renewal business)
After Sales :
1) Outstanding (assist BM related with OS and will intensive collaboration with Finance Team & IS.
2) As point contact from mitra regarding incoming claim report.
3) Ensure all the pending matters related claim process have been follow up and settled.
4) To support 4 eyes principle regarding performance data (sanity checking) such as BM Slabs result, Mitra Performance.
5) Monitoring hardcopy/softcopy polis
6) As a pic in our branches – to serve walking mitra ( training apps, offline training event, claim procedure, complain, policy, claim, commission , reward status, etc
