We are an innovative FMCG distribution business with logistics assets across the region. As our business scales to meet customer demand, we are looking for a candidate who is able to work with our regional and local teams on operational activities centered around data, processes and finance. The goal is to enable our business model to grow speedily and sustainably.

This is a key role that will have an impact in supporting the growth of a regional scale-up. The ideal candidate is someone who has a financial/audit/accounting/consulting background, seeking to translate those skill sets into strategically growing a business

Responsibilities

  • Assess the company's operational and strategic performance timely and identify key areas of improvements.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance provision of services by reviewing and revising operational processes, policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions and introduce key improvement plans for execution.
  • Design and follow up on OKRs to outline key goals of each project and development. With clear information on budgets, forecasts, actuals, and margins across the whole portfolio of projects.
  • Support/Drive project implementation by assisting with and problem-solving specific issues, such as planning or allocating resources to keep the business units departments on track.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project team and stakeholders, ensuring everyone's on the right page.
  • Provide a consolidated view of all projects to stakeholders through reports and tailored dashboards.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Preferred experience in: Consulting, Audit, Financial controls, Logistics, FMCG supply chain, Operations
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment & solving problems within timeline
  • Need to analyze our operations and lead on improvement & growth
  • Need to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Ready to change processes to fit new business needs
