The Supply Chain Team is committed to creating a flexible, stable and efficient global supply chain system, including procurement systems, logistics systems, multi-country and multi-regional warehouse management systems and last-mile transportation systems, providing seamless and boundaryless retail connectivity around the globe. The Team constantly optimise processes based on data and algorithms to provide reliable customer experience and support ground staffs to streamline operations and scale new heights.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding for one or more key Logistics or Fulfilment systems under Supply Chain product group, to effectively manage and support respective end-to-end processes and system requirements
- Communicate and work closely with operational stakeholders to identify critical pain points, analyse key business drivers, determine and formulate corresponding product plans and solution requirements
- Digitalise key operational activities to achieve scale economies and automate decision-making of complex processes to enhance throughput, optimise costs and delight both end-customers and operational stakeholders
- Align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility, and value of the feature requests, to design the core functions of the designated supply chain (sub)system and deliver a comprehensive Business Requirement Document (BRD).
- Strategise and prioritise product features requests, based on data-driven commercial analysis, development resource planning, and pipeline management.
- Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios, coordinate the testing and live release.
- Educate internal users on the new functionalities and drive the operational implementation and adoption.
- Take the ownership of features throughout the product lifecycle, tracking KPIs, and propose further improvements with subsequent iterations.
Job Requirements
- Preferred but not restricted to Degree in Business (Operations Management), Industrial System Engineering, Computer Science, other Engineering degrees.
- Experience in B2B product management is a plus.
- Experience in supply chain management is a plus, especially in operation management i.e. logistics, warehouses.
- Data skills like SQL, Python preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and manage timeline and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and writing skills.
- Self-driven mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong ownership and able to work independently
- Agile mindset and willingness to adapt to change to meet business goals.
