Business Process & Improvement Executive

  1. Assess, triage and take ownership of investigating and responding to requests from partner facing teams for escalation support
  2. Be an expert in escalation triage, validation and Partner support
  3. Act as a subject matter expert for a specific process, and suggest and implement process improvements including UAT, BVT
  4. Constant communication between internal teams for process improvement status, reporting, and execution.
  5. Strong tools/ process knowledge.
  6. Give assistance for new released features to every stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong local network on which to rely for expanding the business.
  • A can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities.
  • An exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users.
  • A charming personality to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • The ability to negotiate in getting the best deal out of every partnership


  • Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales (start-up/telemedicine/e-commerce industry is a plus)
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies
  • Good teamwork & communication skills.
  • Good understanding of local business knowledge
