Assess, triage and take ownership of investigating and responding to requests from partner facing teams for escalation support
Be an expert in escalation triage, validation and Partner support
Act as a subject matter expert for a specific process, and suggest and implement process improvements including UAT, BVT
Constant communication between internal teams for process improvement status, reporting, and execution.
Strong tools/ process knowledge.
Give assistance for new released features to every stakeholders

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in B2B, enterprise or corporate sales (start-up/telemedicine/e-commerce industry is a plus)

Excellent presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills

Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies

Good teamwork & communication skills.

Good understanding of local business knowledge
