We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our team, for developing and maintaining efficient processes to support our business operations. We will provide you with the opportunity to expand your skill sets and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-growing space.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform detailed data analysis & reconciliation across multiple data sources and maintain the quality of our data repository.
- Collecting feedback from customers for business units and giving solutions for process improvement.
- Ensure that new employees receive all necessary access to systems, tools, and resources required for their job responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to obtain the latest PIP numbers and update the documents on a weekly basis.
Who We Are Looking For
- Final-year student or Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Have strong attention to detail
- Apply basic problem-solving skills and basic reasoning to issues faced and able to escalate issues to higher authority
- Willing to join the internship for 6 months
- Having experience in using Metabase will be a point plus
