You’ll be a part of the Business Operations team, where our mission is to ensure that the business is running smoothly at scale and drive our business unit (BU) to reach a new frontier. Your role as a Business Operation Analyst is pivotal to ensure the achievement of the business objectives. While delivering projects and optimizing our operations, you’ll be part of the team driving our Experience business to be the most reliable provider of international products. You’ll work alongside a highly talented product team in the technology industry to deliver high-leveraged solutions by creating new systems and features.

Your Missions:

  • Work with various teams (Product, Marketing, and Market and Partnership teams) to build a scalable supply system to serve international markets. This entails a deep understanding of existing standard operating procedures (SOP) and system as well as continuous work to improve business processes to realize scalability.
  • Ensure that the developed SOP for a scalable supply system is implemented across different teams.
  • Support the integration between Traveloka and various international partners.
  • Troubleshoot any issues/problems that may arise with the system / merchant issue. This involves finding root causes and implementing solutions.
  • You’ll also be responsible for the smooth operations of the business unit. This includes ensuring timely delivery of any operational tasks.
  • Develop a budget control system for the BU alongside with the Revenue as well as Market & Partnership Team to achieve business objectives.
  • Create workflows and conduct continuous improvements on products that require operational support.

 

Are you the one:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Must be an analytical thinker and a problem solver. Can think, effectively operate, showcase can-do attitude under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidate must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Familiar using Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite.
  • Able to prioritize and work on several projects / initiatives simultaneously.
  • Able to think creatively to come up with new solutions.
  • Willingness to learn technical systems.
