About the role:
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and driving the services that Aspire offers to its clients.
What will you be doing?
- Operate back-end processes of our tech platform, such as activating services for customers, process card requests from customers, invoicing of customers, etc.
- Be responsible for a part of the business ops KPIs / metrics
- Resolve problems with customer accounts
- Interact with customers via phone or email
- Liaise with different departments to solve issues
- Refine operations processes and internal reporting tools
- Work with the Operations team on daily activities and special projects
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
- Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic records
- Excellent command of English both verbal and written - English is main language used in the company and with clients
- Min. 6 months internship or working experience
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment - you are reliable and customers can count on you to do the job well
- Can focus on a task and remain attentive to detail
- Willing to learn and grow with the company - we’re growing fast!
