We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to join one of our portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
- Work with product, marketing, engineering and product growth teams to influence and shape the product strategy and roadmap, drive change for key issues, and prioritize product change requests
- Drive and support local exchange user growth by developing and executing new initiatives/solutions, and translate complex ideas into specific requirements and action plans
- Design operation strategies and explore new business models to grow the business
- Build and maintain proactive alignment with IT team and internal stakeholders, including product, finance, customer support, legal, compliance, and risk, to ensure product can be launched in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain the relationship with central operation team or other external stakeholders, and facilitate product integration and implementation
- Assist management in other strategy research and projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Internet, banking, fintech or crypto industry is highly desirable
- Experience in launching 0 to 1 product is a strong plus
- Must be highly motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Crypto trading experience is not requiredMust be fluent in both English
