Descriptions

Lead English Academy business operational and sales marketing strategy team
Ensure English Academy operational smoothly and align with company quality standards
Lead initiatives and program to boost English Academy growth hacks including sales, marketing, operational, and product development
To make sure all operational process will satisfy and help English Academy students and parents on their learning target
Collaborate extensively with external and internal parties to deliver a top-notch product to our customers

Requirements

Proactive and ability to take initiative
Experienced in full-time business operations for at least 3 years
Preferably from Top universities in Indonesia or overseas graduate
Bonus points for those with working experience in high-growth startups, technology firms, or multi-national companies as well as English course providers.
Background from sales and marketing strategy and analysis would be an advantage
