- Lead Brain Academy business operational and sales marketing strategy team
- Ensure Brain Academy Online operational smoothly and align with company quality standards
- Lead initiatives and programs to boost Brain Academy online growth hacks including sales, marketing, operational and product development
- To make sure all operational processes will satisfy and help Brain Academy online students and parents on their learning target
- Collaborate with external and internal parts for elaborate business product
Job Requirements
- Proactive and ability to take initiative
- Experienced in full-time business operations at least 2 years
- Bonus points for those with working experience in high-growth startups, technology firms or multi-national companies
- Background from sales and marketing strategy and analysis would be an advantage
