We’re looking for a business lead / senior business lead to join our Jakarta sales team, to help us grow that mission across Asia

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to secure new clients. You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and create tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and support team members, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and delivering high-quality services to clients.
  • Market Analysis: You will need to stay abreast of market trends and changes in the recruitment industry, and use this knowledge to develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Developing and managing P&L, budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, and ensuring the business is financially healthy.
  • Responsible to track and analyse performance metrics, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and employee productivity, and use this data to make informed business decisions.

Who are we looking for

  • Excellent communicator
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of their market and knowing competitive products
  • Proven managerial and leadership skill sets (has successfully built and led teams of 30-50)
  • Great strategic planning, organisational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Able to craft sales plan and strategy (GTM strategy) and drive strategy-to-execution to achieve long-term business success 
  • Able to set targets for team and drive team to accomplishing / exceeding targets; able to drive department P&L with positive margins growth
  • Goal-oriented, high drive and self-motivation to achieve targets set
  • Moves and executes fast, able to execute and deliver on tasks quickly and effectively
  • World class client account and internal stakeholders management 
  • Able to manage multiple functions and work cross-functionally with corporate functions 
  • Flexible and able to adapt to any situation, able to get hands dirty
