About the Role
In GoTo, we put a really high value on data. To get insight, and knowledge and eventually make a decision. That’s why one of our company values is “Become a Scientist”. As a BI Analyst, you will have tons of data to play with. From voices of customers and transactional information, just to name a few. You will be dealing with dashboards, and reports and even take part in experimentation to determine the best strategy. You will have close interactions with multiple stakeholders within the Insurance team and other teams in GoTo Financials Services.
What You Will Do
- Become a master of all Insurance related data points
- Manage all Operations dashboards and reports, to ensure that it is available timely and accurately
- Provide analytical insights to support all stakeholders
- Support the Insurance team in executing any experimentation
- Analyze, Evaluate and Initiate improvement in our day-to-day operation to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
What You Will Need
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with experience in project management and data analytics
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in SQL, Advanced Excel and highly proficient in working with numbers and data sets (Knowing Python and automating job is a big plus)
- Ability to work independently with good time management skills in collaboration with cross-functional groups to drive initiatives that aim at achieving OKR
- Ability to adapt from a big-picture thinker to one who is also detail-oriented and can navigate through different situations/topics
