What you will be doing
Business Intelligence
- Analyze performance and attend service deviation
- Deploy new reports, new function, and new process
- Guarantee operational processes and commitments are realistic, productive and being monitored
- Support in organizational and process optimization issues to achieve efficiency & productivity leading to an increase in service level
- Support in analysis tool
- Receive, analyse and filter points of improvements
- Conduct technology watch on the relevant scope
- Conduct business requirements consolidation
- Consolidate data intelligence for business cases
Specific Activities
- Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
The successful candidate
Technical
- Strong ability to use IT resources for business applications

- Excellent command of written and spoken English
