Business Intelligence Executive

Work with the solution team to provide a seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.

What you will be doing

Business Intelligence

• Analyze performance and attend service deviation
• Deploy new reports, data visualization, new function, and new process
• Guarantee operational processes and commitments are realistic, productive and being monitored
• Support in organizational and process optimization issues to achieve efficiency & productivity leading to an increase in service level
• Support in analysis tool
• Receive, analyse and filter points of improvements
• Conduct technology watch on the relevant scope
• Conduct business requirements consolidation
• Consolidate data intelligence for business cases
• Create and maintain documentation that includes the design, requirements and user manuals
• Enhance data quality through review and validation of data, and implementation of suitable checkpoints

Specific Activities

• Carrying out any other request made by their manager.

The Successful candidate

• Experience with BI software such as Tableau and Power BI; programming, and data management
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong ability to use IT resources for business applications
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel; functions & formulas

• Excellent command of written and spoken English
